Roy Donald J MacNeil

President

Roy MacNeil, our visionary and President has over 15 years of experience in engineering and architecting operational business processes. He is well versed in several industry Business Methodologies and has worked as an independent management consultant advising some of the largest Fortune 500 businesses across North America and the United Kingdom. His portfolio includes an impressive list of clients; Investors Group, Exxon Mobil, Shell, Newbridge Networks, Alcatel, CNA Insurance, Cummins, IBM, EDS, Bell South, Bank of America, Blue Shield Blue Cross, Citigroup, Dell, the US Treasury and Federal Reserve Bank.

Benjamin D Krueger (MBA)

VP. Corporate Finance

Ben has over a decade of experience working in a Fortune 500 company (Cummins Inc.). Ben’s experience includes IT project management, actuarial modeling, and execution of Six Sigma methodologies. Ben has a Bachelor of Science in Business (Computer Information Systems) and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Ben is also a member of the Institute of Managerial Accountants and is working towards his CFA.

Anwar S McEntee (MBA)

VP. APAC Operations

Anwar, Director of Inroads Limited, has been in Asia since 1996 in various management capacities from project management to head of sales. Working for global organizations such as Alcatel and Progressive Gaming International, as well as small startups such as Inroads, his extensive coverage of the APAC region has provided him with an extensive relationship network and an understanding of the regions diverse business terrain.

Donald D Cole (Eng)

VP. Engineering

Donald is our engineering and project management lead.  He  has a degree in Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia (TUNS) in Halifax Nova Scotia.  Donald has worked on large project management teams overseeing large commercial construction projects including the construction of the Miramachi Regional Hospital in New Brunswick. With a broad scope of industry experience Donald has also acted as a Project Engineer within the Pulp and Paper industry and Manufacturing / R&D Engineer in the high tech sector.
