Rock Solid Equities Ltd - The Parnership Structure

A Limited Partnership was formed for the purposes of making investments, and to hold, develop, sell or otherwise dispose of all or parts of the lands from time to time as set out in the Limited Partnership Agreement.

Limited Partner - Investor

Each Limited Partner will obtain a percentage interest in the Limited Partnership based on the proportionate value of the number of units subscribed for by each Limited Partner in the Limited Partnership.

General Partner - Rock Solid Equities Ltd.

The General Partner was formed to manage the day to day business and affairs of the Limited Partnership. The General Partner has responsibility to:
        - acquire the lands,
        - earn income from the development, leasing and sales of the lands,
        - increase the equity of the Limited Partners through capital appreciation of the lands, and
        - conduct any other business or activity related to the current development.
