For those who wonder where Roy gets his passion and drive for real estate, he will tell you, "Real estate has always been in my family, we moved frequently, always keeping an eye on the market for our next investment opportunity"

Starting at a young age, Roy has had the opportunity to participate in countless residental real estate purchses, renovations, sales and development projects with his family. Often being involved from the planning stage through to implementation, spending whole summers on building sites, learning the details that make a real estate project succesful. Several key attributes Roy has aquired from his early experiences include his attention to detail, and the impact to quality when factoring time and budget.

Over the past 5 years Roy has independently raised capital to aquire over 2 million dollars worth of residental real property across Canada. His portfolio has yielded higher than average return on investment (ROI) in the Canadian real estate market. Having properties distributed across 5 cities in 4 provinces results in having an indepth knowledge of the real property markets across Canada.

Striving to be diversified within his portfolio Roy has employed a growth stategy that includes a combination of aquiring single and multi unit residental rental properties while developing and selling residental condominium units. His most recent project includes a 24 unit condominium design build project in Atlantic Canada.

Janet is a Director on our Board of Directors while practicing law with Canada’s largest national Law Firm in the Real Property & Planning group. Janet has a Bachelor of Law from the University of Ottawa and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario), the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.

Janet has demonstrated over her 9 years in practice her ability to deliver value to her clients in the following areas of expertise; Leasing, Real Estate Planning, Real Estate Financing and Real Property Developments.
