Canada is on the verge of a paradigm shift in alternative energy solutions.  We have always been a country of invention and innovation.  This trend continues as the pressures for an alternative to hydrocarbon fuels is driven by an ever increasing global demand of traditional limited resources.

Canada is weathering the recent economic financial storm and has received praise from the newly elected President of the United States on its fiscal responsibility and banking structure that is globally second to none.

Our current real estate project is very exciting and combines both development and operational opportunities.  We will be developing and managing extended-stay hotels, providing equity gains on the real property and the hospitality business will generate cash flow and provide additional ROI opportunities.  The extended stay hotel market is fairly new and extremely underdeveloped in Canada.  Alberta is an exciting place to start this venture, the Provincial economy is booming, there is no bust on the horizon and the increase of crude oil prices will ensure there will be plenty of demand for our product into the future.

Our latest alternative green energy  venture is moving forward and we are currently raising capital for a wind farm development project that includes the manufacturing of Hydrogen Fuel in Canada.

Our partners include accredited and wealthy investors, publicly traded real estate companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private companies, pension funds, banks, assurance companies and yes, we invest our own money in our projects.
